Join us for the 2009 Annual Meeting of Twin Valley Electric Cooperative.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009, in the cafeteria of the Labette County High School in Altamont. Registration will open at 6 p.m. followed by a business meeting at 7 p.m.

Information Meeting

The Board is recommending some changes to bring the co-op's current bylaws into compliance with state statues. Please join us for a discussion of the proposed bylaw amendments for the annual meeting. The locations and dates for the meetings are:

• Galesburg Community Center – March 30 at 10 a.m.

• Bartlett United Methodist Church – March 31 at 10 a.m.

• Mound Valley City Hall – April 1 at 10 a.m.

• Altamont Community Center – April 2 at 7 p.m.

Nominating Committee

The nominating committee will meet at the Twin Valley Electric office on Tuesday March 3, 2009, at 7 p.m. to nominate candidates for the directors’ positions to be filled at this year’s annual meeting. The Twin Valley Board has named the following members to the Nominating Committee:
